This Hanuakkah, latkes are the new bread. That’s right, anything you desire between two of those divine holiday potato pancakes.

Here’s a recipe for creme fraiche and lox in the middle. I’m down with the lox, but what’s with the creme fraiche? Philly cream cheese does it for me, thanks.
