Gotta rush to check out, but just want you to know:
I got my weekly fitness report card this morning. I lost almost 3 pounds — which is fine with me — anything more would be too much in one week for my frame.
And lost almost 2 inches from belly, chest and hips. That means a great start to going from looking like a box to having an actual shape again. And my body fat went down almost 2 points.
A good jump start. Just what I wanted.
I’m a very happy camper.
