Three days in Cape Town: Langa Township

“Baby”, with the guest house staff, is from Langa Township. It’s one of Cape Town’s oldest suburbs; an area first set aside for migrant workers, and then blacks forced to relocate during apartheid. Efforts to turn things around are going slowly but surely — there’s a “Beverly Hills” section. Emphasis is on education and reconstruction.
